Cancellation Refund Policy
All payments made to IJHSSRS are generally non-refundable and are treated as contributions toward publication services. Once an article has been accepted for publication, the Article Processing Charge (APC) becomes payable, and the submitting author assumes full responsibility for this payment. Under normal circumstances, no refunds will be issued after payment is made.
However, in cases of accidental duplicate or excess payments, refund requests may be considered. Such requests must be submitted at least two days prior to the registration closing date. Approved refund requests will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation and payment gateway charges.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to editorijhssrs@gmail.com. Please allow 10–15 working days for the processing of eligible refund requests.
